From December 13th to 15th, 2018, the first World Eco-Design Conference with the theme of “Design Ecology, Hope Fields” was held in Ecological Design Town, Liangkou Town, Conghua District, Guangzhou City, after that the site will be permanently located here. Project Overview

The conference room of the World Eco-Design Conference mainly hosts various important large-scale conferences and has the function of simultaneous interpretation. The top surface is a grid structure with a brick wall and has a large number of windows. The plane area of the building is 1510 m², with a height of about 16 meters after the decoration of the ceiling, and the indoor volume is about 24160 m³. The meeting room is required to have sufficient loudness, satisfactory clarity, a relatively uniform effect, a sense of fullness and intimacy, without anyphysical defects such as anechoic interference.

Undoubtedly, the World Eco-Design Conference settled in Guangzhou is an affirmation of Guangzhou. Furthermore, the overall solution for the acoustic decoration of the main venue is supported by TianGe Acoustics, which is a recognition of the strength of TianGe Acoustics.

According to the actual situation, the design team of TianGe Acoustics adjusted the design of the original acoustic decoration and formulated corresponding specific measures to ensure that the final result can meet all the acoustic design requirements without changing the decorative design.

The main sound-absorbing materials used in the conference room of the World Ecological Design Conference are space sound absorbers, aluminium square ceilings, large-size sound-absorbing soft packages, and hole wooden acoustic panels. This kind of products conforms to the technical requirements of E1 level of the inspection basis according to GB 18580-2001 “Inner decoration materials and their products in formaldehyde emission limit”, reaching the highest level of environmental protection, which is close to the theme of this conference ” Designed Ecologies” and is a good balance between acoustics and decorative effects.

Ceiling:Install 100 black invisible sound absorbing module, put 100 mm sound-absorbing cotton packages onto the aluminium square pass (post 100 mm redraw material sound-absorbing cotton packages), installation area ≥ 820 m²

Wall Finishing: rear wall, in early stage, less than 12 m installs 25 mm large size fabric sound-absorbing panels (+ rear 50 mm red substrate sound-absorbing cotton packages), the side wall except glass window is equipped with red glass sound-absorbing panels (post 75 mm red substrate sound-absorbing cotton packages), 8 mm perforated calcium silicate board (post 100 mm red substrate sound-absorbing cotton packages), with matt tones and active elements in the solemnity. Acoustically, this is a full-frequency sound-absorbing material that has good control of the sound field of a large lecture hall, effectively eliminating acoustic defects such as vibrating echoes and multiple echoes in the room.

The glass window wall is covered with thick velvet curtains, the discount rate is ≥200%; the ground is made of the diamond matte floor.
