Installation method of sound-absorbing panel for wall
(1) First install the special keel on the wooden keel or the bottom plate, with a separation distance of about 600mm.
(2) Fill 32~64kg/m3 sound-absorbing cotton between the keels
(3) Install the clips between the special keel and the clip groove of the acoustic panel.
(4) When multiple wooden sound-absorbing panels are installed in the combination of the board and the board, a gap of at least 2~3mm should be left between the board head and the board head.
(5) If the sound-absorbing panels are installed horizontally from the ground, the notches on the long side should be installed downwards and locked with cleats, and then the other sound-absorbing panels should be installed one by one.
Wooden acoustic panels are all resonance sound-absorbing structures. It is recommended to match sound-absorbing cotton to improve the mid- and high-frequency sound absorption effect.
